Sometimes it's hard to find exactly what you want in an off the shelf model. I provide a service which will match a frame and all the components that you need for a complete customised bike.

Sample case 1:

A customer required a very small frame that was hard to source. We found a great deal on an Avanti Questa XS frame on Bike Exchange from a dealer in Queensland for $1300. The rest of the parts were ordered and charged at cost; Shimano Ultegra 6800 11 speed groupset ($760), Selle Italia Diva flow saddle ($82), Deda Elementi 36cm handlebars ($26), Lizard Skins bar tape and so on. Including the build fee we ended up with a > $5000 dollar retail bike costing $2500.

Sample case 2:

A customer required a large frame TT bike but had a budget of ~ $2000. Found a brand new German 2011 full carbon frame, sourced state of the art Shimano Ultegra 6800 11 speed drivetrain, Dura Ace shifters, Pro Synop bar set, Selle Italia saddle. Including build, we ended up at $2175. Had we chosen Shimano 105 drivetrain and cheaper shifters, we would have nailed the $2000 budget, but on my advice the client opted to go for the superior componentry. Given that the components were charged at cost, it made no difference to me what was used, but it made for a higher quality ride for not a lot more in terms of outlay.
